Hey! I’m Georgette Lilley. I mostly grew up participating in horse-riding and dance, as well as recreational sports with my family.
​I had terrible self-esteem and body image growing up, which lead me to complete my B.S. in Health Science – Health Promotion first and foremost out of a desire to learn how to take care of my body while improving my health and physique. I then furthered my education with ACE Fitness to become a certified personal trainer and health coach, and more recently completed my Pn1 through Precision Nutrition in order to guide others toward their health and fitness goals. My training experience ranges from powerlifting to CrossFit to bodybuilding, where I competed in OCB figure. Due to my own health struggles, my core belief that I pass on to clients is that you must prioritize health in order to achieve your body and physique goals. There is no enjoyment in looking good if you don’t feel good!

Meet Jason Aprea. Jason has experience helping many clients achieve their goals. As a natural competitor and athlete, Jason's perfect client is driven and athletic. He excels in taking his clients to the next level and beyond. Through working with clients, he has developed a fail-proof plan and is experienced in pushing you to break the threshold of human possibility. He specializes in weight training, flexibility training, post-injury recovery for athletes, sport-specific training, mixed martial arts and self defense. He is a black belt in Tae Kwon Don and a former national level competitor, an experienced lifter, bodybuilder, certified personal trainer with a serious love of life. You won't find a more knowledgable and personable coach anywhere else.

Hi! My name is Amber Davis. I was in high school when I first started exercising. I was on the track & field team and went to the gym in my spare time. It wasn’t until college however, when I truly fell in love with the fitness industry and realized how fun exercising can really be. During my senior year of college, I started my fitness career as a personal trainer. I have trained a wide variety of age groups and fitness levels. Becoming a trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. Exercising is not meant to be terrible and I’m here to not only help you enjoy your workouts, but to also keep you moving for years to come. 
Outside of the gym I love going hiking. Being out in nature and trudging through the woods is something I have done for many years. I also love staying home and playing with my dog Jax and taking him for long walks. On rainy days or during the winter months, one of my favorite things to do is stick my nose in a good book. 
I have a Bachelors in Exercise & Sport Physiology. I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and have my CPR/BLS Certification

First I'm a mom of two amazing kids!!! 
I've been in the food business for 24 years now! I've owned Kelly's Personal Cooking for 3 years. 
I've always meal prepped for myself and decided to make a business out of it!  I've always lived a  healthy and active lifestyle! 
I love running obstacle course races. I started running them in 2013. My son joined me in 2014!! My daughter has also run a couple!  I qualified for  world championships in Canada in 2017. 
I love helping others reaching their health and fitness goals, with my meals and guiding them in the right direction! 
Working out and eating healthy goes and and hand!! ​

Hello everyone! My name is Crystal Borges. I am the owner of Sculpt Fitness where we specialize in WBFF Competition Prep! Years ago, right out of high school, I went through major back surgery and after a rough recovery I turned to fitness to ensure my body stayed strong! No I cannot do everything, but fitness is the one thing I can modify to my capabilities and that's when I fell in love and became passionate about physical fitness. Having this passion for fitness made me want to share it with the world which is why I started our "free community tabata" at kilter fitness. Now I have the pleasure of also teaching "Intro to weight lifting" and "Bootcamp circuit training". My future plans for classes will be a wide range of different types of workouts so keep an eye out for added classes on Kilter's schedule! Holding the titles of WBFF Pro Bikini Diva, I also help ladies reach the WBFF stage specializing in posing and stage pressence! I am a mother of 2 boys and in my spare time I love kayaking and boxing with my little one. What I enjoy most about teaching fitness is not only watching my clients reach their goals and feeling great but having my family by my side while I do so, setting a good example for my family

Hi! My Name is Erin Mooney. I am a social worker by day and a fitness enthusiast by night. After years of participation in various exercise classes and programs, my trainer/mentor encouraged me to obtain a Group Fitness Instructor certification. The physical and mental health benefits of exercise have played a huge role in my personal and professional journey - and I want others to have that same opportunity. I believe that finding a realistic balance and variety of physical activity that works for the individual person - a routine that keeps you excited and challenged - is what leads to fitness success. I love seeing and celebrating the progress people make toward their goals. 
I’ve taught classes such as cardio & core, circuit training, interval training, and barre. 
When not at the gym, I enjoy being active by hiking, indoor rock climbing, and tap dancing.

In my downtime I like cooking, drawing, paddling or relaxing at the lake, spending time with my fur-kids, friends, and loved ones... and all things Halloween.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor. 
Barre is a low impact, total body toning, workout that uses a wall (or floor) mounted bar and incorporates elements of pilates, resistance training, and ballet movements - usually taught in a group fitness environment. In addition to building strength, barre also develops agility, flexibility, and balance.  In barre class one might find equipment such as lightweight dumbbells, exercise balls, and resistance bands. Using creative combinations of timing, repetitions, range of motion, and isometric contractions, this workout can be challenging AND embraced by people at all fitness levels!  It is definitely not a ballet class - you do not need to know anything about rhythm or dance to benefit from this style of workout. So why not meet at the bar(re) for a good workout and some fun?!

Jennie moved here from New Jersey over 20 years ago. She slowly grew to love New England especially Newfound lake. Jennie was in search of a healthier lifestyle and began a yoga practice to compliment her new passion of running. With a consistent practice it became so much more and she chose to pursue teacher training in. She hopes her students find her yoga class a place of self exploration both physically and mentally. Leading them with a mindful practice Jennie tries to create a space for you to take your practice where you need to. Yoga can be for everyone.
Sunrise yoga

Intended for all levels. Begin slowly waking all areas of the body. Moving with intention, leaving you ready to start your day. Modifications given as needed.
Gentle yoga
Great for beginners, athletes, or anyone with limited mobility. Slower paced with lots of alignment cues. Props always suggested.

Mixed, All-levels
All are welcome. Moderately paced, while lengthening and strengthening the body. Modifications given as needed as well as props.
Vinyasa
Faster paced class, intended for those already familiar with sun salutations. There will be plenty of fun core work.

She became certified as a spin instructor, so that she could share her enthusiasm with others. ”I find it very rewarding for your mind, body and spirit!”  “With very little time and short bursts of effort, the rewards are amazing!” She participates in benefit rides each year. The TD Five Boro Bike Tour, NYC.,  Boston’s Hub On Wheels and Spinning Generosity at Liz  Fit  in Portsmouth,NH.
During her down time, NJ enjoys hiking, River kayaking and healthy cooking! She likes to attend car shows, County Fairs and Patriots games! NJ’s indoor cycling routines are 40 to 50 minutes of spinning fun, to energizing music, that makes the time pass quickly and the workout seem effortless! You will leave class wanting more!  All fitness levels are welcome! NJ will help you modify your routine as needed.
​You will be encouraged to do your personal best, progress at your own pace yet, encouraged to challenge yourself, for the best possible results! She offers a variety of class times, to accommodate the needs of your busy lifestyle and hopes to see you soon!

Sue Debassio moved to Bristol from Ayer, Massachusetts in 2014. and has been certified in Pilates since June of 2013. Sue is passionate about exercising and teaching people about the benefits and joy of Pilates. She also loves to cook and eat healthy food! She is somewhat obsessed with nutrition and spreading the word on nutritious eating and a complete healthy lifestyle that includes; exercise, natural foods, good and plentiful sleep and a well rounded social and spiritual life. Sue lives with her husband, Paul and is fortunate to have her grown son Joe live just down the street! Spending time with family and friends is her favorite pastime, especially when she can cook for them! Her other interests include hiking, SUP (stand up paddleboarding) and organizing & decorating. Sue has been an RN for 32 years and works part time at the New Hampton School Health Center.
Pilates Description: Pilates is a mind/body exercise system created by Joseph Pilates. Fun and dynamic, Pilates works the core, strengthens muscles and increases flexibility and balance. Pilates is low impact but intensely works all muscle groups. This Pilates class is for all levels. Modifications can be made as needed. The class runs 45-50 minutes. If you want a challenging workout that you can tailor to your own specific needs, then Pilates is for you. If you participate in a sport like golfing, running, swimming, skiing, bicycling, etc, Pilates can help improve performance in your sport. Come to Pilates and get an amazing workout!
